The radio arrived very quickly. 10 days from payment to delivery. It was preprogrammed by the seller to my vehicles VIN so it was a case of taking the old out and replacing it with the new. You will need a hex screw bit for this, as that’s not supplied

The SYNC retained all the original functions of the car, including the park assist, the seller configured everything with my VIN number and sent me pictures before posting to make sure it was alright and answered all my questions. I would very much recommend this seller. I was taxed 1200BRL by Brazil customs.

The contact with the seller was good. He set up the head unit and sent it very quickly. I received the package after 11 calendar days (unfortunately I had to pay import fees which totaled to 530 PLN). The package contained almost everything necessary to make the switch (you additionally need to prepare a large torx bit or screwdriver, a small flat screwdriver and an alcohol wipe). Disassembling the front console and replacing the head unit wasn't that bad (I've never done it before) but replacing the USB hub in the armrest was a nightmare due to difficult prying and very short cables inside (not the sellers fault of course). the whole process took me about 2,5 hours (with USB part being a hefty chunk of that time). The system worked from the start (no seller intervention was needed at that point). All car features I could think of work on the new screen (parking, climate), in Android Auto mode the voice command key on the steering wheel triggers Google assistant.

Lo he comprado para un Ford Mustang 2015 español, va perfecto, aunque si tenías antes el sync 2 no hace falta poner la antena gps,(a mi me daba fallos a la hora de usar CarPlay). Por lo demás todo perfecto y gran vendedor, 6 días tardo a España

Arrived in around two weeks to the UK, well packaged had no customs to pay, seller very helpful and informative, I got the 32gb version as it was cheaper than 64gb, if you check out cyanlabs.net for a cut down navigation map you can install UK only map on 32gb as the normal EU map does not fit on 32gb apim. I have now updated to latest version maps and apim software version via cyanlabs.net
